About The Role
Were looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is perfect for someone who understands the creative process inside outnot necessarily the one designing, but the one who ensures every piece of content is pixel-perfect, brand-aligned, and campaign-ready.
Youll help conceptualise and coordinate the execution of content across multiple platformsthink social, audio, video, CRM and ATL campaignsensuring consistency in creative messaging, voice, and visual storytelling.
What Youll Be Doing
- Coordinate the end-to-end execution of marketing content across channels: social, digital, CRM, and above-the-line (ATL).
- Oversee content creation qualityfrom design reviews to copy editsensuring brand and messaging consistency.
- Manage creative and content agencies, ensuring output meets brief, budget and brand tone.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, marketing, digital) to align and optimise creative campaigns.
- Compile reports to identify trends, track performance, and influence strategic marketing decisions.
- Support content strategy development to meet key marketing objectives.
- Maintain and improve operational processes to boost efficiency and output quality.
- Build strong working relationships across the business to enhance creativity and collaboration.
- A relevant degree in Media, Graphic Design or similar.
- 3+ years experience in a similar rolepreferably within a creative agency or design-led environment.
- Strong coordination and project management skills within creative/design teams.
- Experience with digital marketing content and copy, as well as ATL creative execution.
- Understanding of campaign management and the creative lifecyclefrom concept to delivery.
- A keen eye for detail, design and messaging QA, and audience segmentation.
- Proven ability to manage vendors, meet deadlines and adapt quickly in a changing environment.
- Thrive in a collaborative, high-output team.
- Know your way around a creative brief and how to bring it to life.
- Have a strong pulse on content trends and best practices.
