About the role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our clients dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency setting, enjoys coordinating multiple campaigns, and excels at keeping projects organized while supporting marketing execution.
Professional Fluency In English Is Essential.
Experience in digital marketing agencies is required.
What youll be doing:
- Coordinate day-to-day marketing activities, campaigns, and deliverables across multiple client accounts.
- Assist in the development of marketing strategies, proposals, and campaign briefs.
- Manage timelines, track campaign performance, and ensure deliverables are met on schedule.
- Support content creation, email marketing, and social media scheduling.
- Collaborate with internal teams (SEO, paid media, design) to ensure smooth execution.
- Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis to support client strategy.
- Maintain accurate reporting and documentation in project management tools and CRMs.
- 24 years of marketing coordination or digital marketing experience (agency experience strongly preferred).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
- Familiarity with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, project management platforms (Asana, Trello, ClickUp).
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment
