Marketing Executive - SEO and Social Media

This is a remote position.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and driven Marketing Executive with expertise in SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and Social Media to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, excellent communication skills, and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends in SEO and social media platforms. As a Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in developing and implementing effective marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and generate leads.

Requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, increase website traffic, and drive conversions.
  • Conduct keyword research, analyse website performance, and make data-driven recommendations to optimize content and drive organic growth.
  • Manage and optimize social media platforms (such as LinkedIn) to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Manage the supply/delivery and curation of compelling content for social media posts, blogs, and other digital channels to attract and engage target audiences.
  • Monitor and analyse social media metrics, track campaign performance, and provide regular reports on key metrics and insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and developers, to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in SEO and social media marketing, and incorporate them into our strategies.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and potential threats.
  • Assist in managing paid advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and social media ads, to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
Qualifications:
  • Degree in marketing (or equivalent), Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2 years minimum years) in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO and social media management.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and on-page/off-page optimization techniques.
  • Proficient in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, or similar platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience managing social media platforms and developing engaging content.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and persuasive content.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with paid advertising platforms, such as Google Ads and social media advertising.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
