Key Responsibilities
- Assist with content creation for social media
- Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts)
- Design simple graphic assets (posts, stories, thumbnails, decks)
- Support content planning and execution
- Stay on top of social media trends and suggest creative ideas
- Help maintain brand consistency across all content
- Support teams to plan, develop, and execute marketing initiatives
- Complete projects related to branding, content creation, and social media marketing
- Assist management with the preparation of campaigns and reports
- Handle inbound requests from vendors, brokers, partners, customers, and clients
- Perform competitive market analysis to identify areas of opportunity
- Collect performance metrics to measure progress
- Hands-on experience in content creation and digital marketing

Skills and Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing or Related Field
- Proven ability to create and edit content
- Basic to intermediate video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, InShot, etc.)
- Graphic design experience using Canva (Adobe Suite is a plus)
- Strong visual eye and attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines
- Curious, fast-learning, and resourceful
- Organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Sense of teamwork and the ability to execute programs
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
