Requirements
- Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in content marketing, preferably within the B2B SaaS or tech space.
- Proven ability to produce high volumes of engaging, high-quality content across multiple formats.
- Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong understanding of content marketing best practices, and digital distribution channels. Proficiency with content management systems (e.g., WordPress)
- Outstanding project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- A creative, proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
- Additional Traits:
- Self-motivated and highly organized with the ability to move fast while maintaining creativity and quality.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Content Creation & Optimization: Produce high-quality, engaging, and SEO-optimized content, including blog posts, glossary terms, whitepapers, ebooks, press releases, sales tools, and more. Research industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform content creation. Publish content on Wordpress Optimize existing content for search engines and user experience, and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Social Media & Community Management Assistance Social media-related tasks, such as monitoring industry trends and competitor research. Contribution to our Reddit strategy Continuously monitor and update our public resource profiles including Capterra, Trust Radius, Crunchbase, etc.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team and other stakeholders to ensure content aligns with brand messaging and business objectives. Assist with marketing collateral requests from other departments, including partnerships, sales and recruitment.
- Brand Advocacy: Serve as a brand guardian by upholding and evolving our voice and visual identity, ensuring every piece of content reinforces our positioning, values, and commitment to quality.
- Events Support: Support planning and execution of in-person and virtual events, webinars, meetups and conferences. Coordinate event logistics, registrations, and promotional materials. Work with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth event execution.
