A well established Commercial Flooring & Industrial Matting Company situated in killarney Gardens is looking for a skilled installer to join our team. You will need to meet the following requirements :
- Own transport with Driver’s license (code 08 or higher)
- Good physical health
- Fluent in English (and Afrikaans an advantage)
- Willing to work flexible hours and able to travel
- Experienced carpet (or similar product) installer
- Excellent numerical skills, must be able to work well with measurements and sizing
- Computer Literacy – Fully proficient in Excel, Ms Word & Outlook
- Good communication skills, both verbally and written
- Minimum of 4 years working experience
Role/Responsibilities
- Production of custom size matting
- Controlling of Job Sheets & job progress, monitoring production
- Quality control of finished products & work processes
- Ensuring correct manufacturing procedures
- Internal Health and safety
- Stock control
- On site installations, planning & install prep
- Time management for production & install hours reporting
- Stores maintenance
