Leading food manufacturing company requires the expertise of a qualified Meat Scientist to join their team. The main purpose of this role is to deliver excellence in product development.
Duties: (inter-alia)
R&D
Cost formulations
Process improvement
Recipe formulation improvement
Documentation
Conduct investigations
Food Safety Systems Management
Supervising of the R&D team
Requirements:
Meat Science degree or related
3-5 years experience in product development
Strong supervisory skills
The position is based in KZN and salary is market-related.
