Earthmoving Mechanic

Our client situated in Bedford, Eastern Cape, is looking to employ a Mechanic / Earthmoving Mechanic to be more precise, to start soonest.

This mechanic does not necessarily have to be qualified but, must be a well-experienced person. Ideally, we are looking for a middle-aged candidate with vast experience in this field.

Job DescriptionThe right candidate will be able to perform the following tasks effortlessly:

• Work on all sorts of makes and models of earthmoving equipment
• Service and maintain the company fleet of vehicles, trucks, tractors, and other equipment.
• Must be willing to work long hours as this is not an 08:00 to 17:00 position.
• Although a qualification will be in your favour, we are looking more for someone with experience in this field of work.
• If you can speak Xhosa, English, and Afrikaans, we want to hear from you. Xhosa is not a requirement but, will be to your benefit.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 Certificate
• Any Mechanical Qualification will be to your benefit
• If you can speak Xhosa it would be highly to your advantage but, it is not a must.
• More than 3 years experience in a similar role
• Clear Credit and Criminal Record
