Reporting to the: Maintenance Manager
Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Daily and weekly HVAC & R plant equipment checked to be in 100% working order and serviced as per schedule as well as maintained to manufactures specifications
- As required perform general maintenance tasks and perform tasks other than maintenance duties to appropriately lead and transfer skills to junior colleagues
- Ensuring that all relevant documentation is completed and checked daily
- AHUs, chillers, pumps, cooling towers etc., maintained and serviced as required by manufacturers specifications and industry best practise
- Maintaining of all refrigeration plant equipment including ice machines, cold rooms and under bars fridges
- Identify all maintenance concerns and provide the line manager with regular written and/or verbal feedback as required
- Monitoring, identification and control of the performance outputs of sub-contractors and their staff in accordance with the health and safety policy and applicable legislation
- Develop and maintain the maintenance schedule for the CTICC and ensure adherence thereof, using the maintenance schedule tools available
- Assist in the preparation of risk assessments and method statements, health and safety inspections and documentation, as well as quality or environmental output as may be required from time to time
- Respond to 24-hour emergency callouts
