HPCSA-REGISTERED DENTAL PROFESSIONALS URGENTLY NEEDED

A US-based Dentistry Company in collaboration with a South African Call Centre requires skilled Dental Professionals to join their dynamic team as Dental Techs. This excellent opportunity is ideal for candidates with Dentistry experience and qualification who is seeking employment on a full-time basis.

• HPCSA Registered Dentists
• HPCSA Registered Dental Students
• HPCSA Registered Dental Therapists
• HPCSA Registered Oral Hygienists
• HPCSA Registered Dental Assistants
• Registered Dental Technicians with appropriate experience

COMMUNICATION IS KEY. They are looking for energetic, passionate, and confident team members to communicate as a liaison between dental professionals, the organisation, and their customers. Various opportunities are available.

Hours: Please note that you will be expected to work a 9-hour shift in a 24-hour cycle, including after-hours and/or during the night.

Salary: R12 000 R14 000 per month

Area: Randburg Johannesburg

Cape Town, Western Cape

Training: 6 weeks of training will be provided (Training hours are from 14:00 - 00:00)

Responsibilities May Include But Will Not Be Limited To

(You will communicate with US clients and professionals)

• Review treatment plans and diagnostic information for appropriateness and accuracy, before submitting it to a network licensed dental professional for final approval.
• Support customer care associates, offering guidance and clinical support as needed including communication with patients and doctors
• Recommend changes to be made.

Minimum Requirements

• Active HPCSA Registration or Dental Tech Registration
• Excellent communication skills (Both written and spoken), fluent English as you will be communicating with professionals in the US.
• Excellent communication, conversation, and active listening skills
• Experience with clear aligner treatment is a plus
• Strong computer navigation skills
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Typing skills of 45+ WPM a plus

For Remote Opportunities Further Requirements

• Must be willing to work on-site for at least a month (either in Randburg or Cape Town)
• Remote opportunity requires a stable internet connection: 50Mbps Fiber line.
• Remote opportunity requires a separate working environment that is quiet. EG, home-office
• All the equipment will be provided by the company, the candidate just needs to have a good internet connection and the right environment.
