tma is recruiting a detail-oriented and motivated Media Coordinator to support a fast-paced Media Buying team within a Direct Response advertising environment. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow their career in advertising, media planning, and campaign optimization.
The Media Coordinator plays a critical role in campaign execution, reporting, and communication with internal teams and external media partners. You will gain hands-on exposure to data-driven media buying and performance-focused advertising.
Key Responsibilities
- Data entry of weekly logs and campaign reports
- Collecting airing data through daily communication with TV stations and network representatives
- Maintaining campaign performance data using proprietary tracking systems
- Monitoring and managing client budgets
- Reviewing pre and post logs to ensure airing accuracy
- Measuring campaign results and profitability against client goals
- Internal and external communication with media partners, team members, and management
- Supporting Media Buyers and Client Service teams with daily tasks and special projects
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university
- 1 to 3 years of experience in advertising, agency, or a related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
- Ability to think independently and adapt quickly
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in MS Word and Outlook
- High proficiency in MS Excel is essential
- Excellent English communication skills
R10, 000 to R15, 000 per month, depending on experience.
