You will be responsible implementing effective paid social media campaigns & tactics aimed at delivering high volume lead generation campaigns & scalable brand building initiatives across Meta & TikTok (with scope to integrate into new social media platforms)
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various social media channels
- Measure and report on the performance of all social paid marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Research & plan emerging social media channels & placements.
- Research and deploy policy changes to social media platforms.
- Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple social channels and customer touchpoints.
- A degree/diploma/certificate in Digital Marketing or related fields
- At least 2 years' experience managing paid media campaigns, with a proven track record of success.
- Meta Ads (FB & Instagram)
- TikTok
- Google Ads (Including YouTube) - Advantageous
- LinkedIn (Advantageous)
- Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights & Reporting suit) and experience in interpreting data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross functional teams.
- Creativity and innovation in developing advertising strategies and campaigns.
- Ability to work within a team environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Certification in Facebook blueprint, TikTok Media Buying Certification or Google Analytics, Google Ads Certification.
- Work experience in Financial Services (Short term Insurance), Retail e commerce, digital media buying and entertainment or in an OTT organization
- SEM experience in current or prior roles
