Jonathan Ball Publishers a division of Media24 (Pty)Ltd based in Denver, Johannesburg is looking for
a Data Capturer in the Returns Department, reporting to the Team Leader.
Duties For This Position
- Capture and allocate Returns Authorisations.
- Liaise with customers with regards to queries as well as ensuring that RAs are sent.
- Relieve other staff members within the department.
- Maintain an efficient filing system.
- General departmental functions.
- Grade 12.
- Must have at least 3 years experience in a similar position.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Fluency in English (read, speak and write).
- Efficient and deadline driven.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Must be able to work under pressure.
- Team player.
