Job Title : Medical Secretary

Reports to : SHE Manager
Department : SHEQ (Clinic)
Main purpose of the job
- Update, maintain, and ensure the accuracy of administrative medical records.
- Coordinate the collection and submission of information required by statutory bodies for workplace incidents across THS sites (Maidstone Mill, Voermol, and Amanzimnyama).
- Monitor and maintain adequate stock levels of medical and nonmedical consumables.
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Clinic team.
- Handle and resolve queries related to health, safety, and information requirements.
- Prepare, extract, and maintain system-generated reports and activity-related records.
- Update, maintain, and ensure the accuracy of administrative medical records
- Matric
- Post matriculation certification in office administration
- Proficiency in Excel
- SAP knowledge.
- Two years office administration experience with traceable references
- The ideal candidate must work well in a team environment, possess good problem-solving skills and demonstrate commitment.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills are essential
