Menlo Park, Pretoria: SENIOR CANDIDATE ATTORNEY
Minimum Requirements:
-Well presented and professional Afrikaans speaking male
-Afrikaans and English first and second languages a must (Afr & Eng client base)
-Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Degree completed a must (Preference to Golden Key Certificate holders)
-1 year experience as a Candidate Attorney a must, specifically in General Litigation
-Valid driver’s license and own vehicle a must
-Residing in Pretoria East area
-To start as soon as possible
Duties:
-General candidate attorney duties for law firm specialising in Litigation involving Municipal law, Administrative law and Property development law
-Drafting of legal documents and client liaison in Afrikaans and English
-Travelling to Courts and clients, filing of documents at Courts
-General legal administrative duties
Salary: R 8 000.00 – R 10 000.00 gross (Depending on experience)
