Successful candidate will be put on a probationary period, once concluded they will be provided with an 18 months fixed term contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Determine stock to be merchandised
- Draw stock requirements
- Check vintage, product quality on the shelf, stock rotation, and price tags
- Execute merchandising activities as per cycle brief
- Feedback on customer complaints, queries, and requests
- Communicate and upkeep knowledge of product and promotions
- Effectively record merchandising activities
- Execute calls as per call cycle
- Advice FSM on out of stock products
- Grade 12
- Valid drivers license
- 18-28 yrs
- Qualification in Business Management N6 or Marketing N6 (completed and passed all subjects)
- Experiential Letter from TVET College stating the learner is ready for 18 months internship programme
