Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Drive sales and revenue growth for trauma products and solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with orthopedic and trauma surgeons, nurses, procurement teams, and hospital management.
- Identify new business opportunities and implement strategic territory growth plans.
- Collaborate closely with your zone team and align cross functional team.
- Provide exceptional post-sales support and resolve product-related issues.
- Oversee product logistics to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights.
- Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates, and performance reports.
- Share knowledge, strategies, and best practices across teams.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and training events.
- Bachelors degree in Life Sciences, Business, Healthcare, or related field.
- 38 years experience in medical device sales, ideally in trauma or orthopedics.
- In-depth knowledge of trauma procedures, surgical workflows, and hospital environments.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and mobile sales tools.
- Valid drivers license with willingness to travel extensively.
