Tasks
As a Metafin Financial Advisor, you will:

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients based on transparency and trust.


• Offer tailored financial advice and recommend Shariah-compliant and conventional financial solutions aligned with client goals.


• Use our AI-driven advisor app to track leads, manage performance, automate reporting, and stay on top of your business metrics.


• Stay up to date on product knowledge, regulatory requirements, and financial trends.


• Engage in regular client reviews, goal assessments, and portfolio adjustments.

Requirements
To thrive in this role, you should have:

• Matric + RE5 certification (NQF 5 with 120 credits is preferred)


• Minimum 2 years of experience in financial services or sales


• Be based in Cape Town (Atlantic Seaboard area)


• Clear credit and criminal records


• Consistent minimum earnings of no less than R15, 000 to be considered in the interview process.


• A growth mindset and a willingness to learn and lead in a digital-first environment
