Provide operational sales support to the Channel and assist with successful implementation of initiatives, with specific emphasis on the debarment administrative process.
Requirements
- Matric or an equivalent NQF4 qualification
- LLB Degree / Law certificate
- RE5, Risk Management or Compliance qualification will be beneficial
- Administrator experience will be beneficial
- Knowledge of the Financial Services Industry legislation especially the Long-Term Insurance Act, FAIS and FICA
- Deliver timeously working in a cross-functional and multi-disciplinary environment
- Take responsibility for performing all the administration pertaining to the debarment process
- Capture and record the outcomes of the debarment hearings in the required format
- Provide feedback and outcomes of debarment to the relevant bodies and business units for capturing as requested
- Monitor, troubleshoot and escalate any delay in the debarment process
- Provide clear guidance on debarment matters and processes to the business as requested
- Assist with debarment, enrolment queries, clearing of pending business, correct sales processes and support the capturing of new business within the agreed upon timeframes and service level agreements
- Provide ongoing operational support and reinforce knowledge on business tools, processes, products, compliance requirements, and the interpretation of reports in the Channel
- Monitor and compile debarment, audit and other relevant reports within agreed timeframes
- Investigate reporting discrepancies and escalate where necessary to ensure timeous resolution
- Consult with stakeholders and deliver on identified initiatives related to debarments, sales processes, products, systems and reporting (includes input related to design, user testing and implementation)
- Demo new functionalities and processes to stakeholders and document feedback
- Contribute input and present at forums, Mancos and planning sessions on the core capabilities, root causes and trends identified
- Ensure the scheduled hearings and meeting are booked and relevant role players invited
