Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical expertise on Microsoft Cloud services, including Azure, SharePoint, and Office 365.
- Assist in offsite backup management for Microsoft services, ensuring smooth operations and security.
- Support the team leader in implementing cloud-based projects.
- Collaborate with clients to ensure effective cloud service integration and backup solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to cloud services and data backups.
- NQF Level 5 or higher.
- Microsoft Cloud services certifications (Azure, SharePoint, Office 365).
- Proven experience in managing offsite backups for Microsoft services.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
