We are seeking a highly skilled Migration Engineer to assist with the migration of applications and infrastructure using Azure Migrate and Bicep. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in cloud migrations, strong troubleshooting abilities, and leadership skills to guide the migration process effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute application and infrastructure migrations using Azure Migrate and Bicep.
- Provide expertise in server virtualization and operating systems (Windows/Linux).
- Develop and execute scripts using PowerShell or Bash to automate migration tasks.
- Ensure smooth networking and storage integration in Azure.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Mentor and guide the migration team throughout the process.
Hands-on experience with Azure Migrate.
Strong knowledge of server virtualization.
Expert-level proficiency in Windows and/or Linux.
PowerShell and Bash scripting skills.
Understanding of Azure networking and storage fundamentals.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Proven experience in team leadership and mentoring.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of databases and web applications.
