Applications must be submitted no later than Friday, January 30, 2026. 5.9 hours per day/174 days per year/Salary Grade 5 $18.66 per hour (2025-26 Support Salary Table) [Promotions result in a 5% minimum increase] Description: Under the general supervision of the Military Support Team Lead, the Military Behavior Support Personnel will join the Military Support Team and support the implementation of the schools student behavior Intervention program by assisting with behavior and academic instructional support, and behavior management and supervision support. The Military Behavior Support Personnel has the primary responsibility of assisting military-connected students and their families with behavioral needs and essential school-day skills, provided as a Tier-three behavior intervention by the school. This position will work closely with school teams, administrators, and teachers to implement existing behavior interventions and ensure classroom safety for students. Student caseloads are assigned by the Military Support Team Lead before the Military Behavior Support Personnel works with any military-connected students. Minimum Requirements: 1. High school graduation or equivalent education and/or experience. Associate's or Bachelors degree in Human/Family Studies preferred. 2. Experience working in a classroom with students. 3. Knowledge or understanding of military culture preferred. 4. Must have the ability to report to any school throughout the school district.
