Mining Commercial Regional Sales Manager

Responsibilities:
 Achieve annual regional sales targets
 Management of key client accounts in the designated region
 Participation in conferences and exhibitions
 Growth of Reutech market share in the designated region
 Assist with the development of marketing and product strategies
 Identify and Qualify new business leads
 Maintain client relationships
 Communicate, liaise and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business opportunities and sustainable relationships
 Conduct market intelligence to support the marketing and sales as well as business development activities
 Obtain a good understanding of the relevant products of Reutech to facilitate the marketing and sales process.

Key Goals:
 Marketing and sales qualification
 Minimum 3-year track record in the sales of advanced technical equipment (electronics, radar, telecommunications or complex software products)
 Experience in mining and/or security solutions will be beneficial
 Well presented
 Willing to travel
 Ability to adapt to a changing and dynamic working environment
 Excellent communication skills
 Excellent general computer skills (Powerpoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
 Ability to work in a team as well as individually
 Self driven
