About The Opportunity

This position will lead the delivery of effective OD and Learning strategies, initiatives and programs that support the organisational values and desired culture and align with the Council Plan. The OD&L Coordinator is a leadership role critical to embedding and enhancing organisational culture, productivity and workforce strategy.

This role is a permanent, full-time opportunity with a Monthly ADO. Remuneration begins at $93, 068 to $104, 010 p.a plus superannuation.

About You

Our ideal candidate will have tertiary/post graduate qualifications in organisational development or human resource management with demonstrated experience in organisational development and learning. A proven leader with the ability to engage with stakeholders across the organisation to achieve organisational objectives.
