Scrum Master

To facilitate self-organizing, self-managing scrum teams to achieve their goals, making use of SAFe, Scrum and Kanban practices, working diligently to identify and eliminate impediments. The Scrum Master will also work to motivate the teams to meet commitments, help manage the team's relationships with outside stakeholders, coordinate with other Scrum teams and facilitate continuous improvement.
