Key Responsibilities
- Vehicle tracking and monitoring on multiple systems.
- Delivering extraordinary customer service as well as conscious about our customers and their vehicle safety.
- Accurate and timeous communication and follow through on all events & calls received.
- Receive calls on the emergency call and update the emergency call register spreadsheet (in case of road incidents/Hijackings/breakdowns. etc)
- Ensure all administrative and shift duties are accurate and complete.
- Excellent listener, able to analyse and interpret information.
- Capacity to instil an ethic of quality and consistency in self and others
- Be responsible for ensuring effective customer liaison interactions and dispute resolution.
- Query resolution
- Basic knowledge of tracking systems
