Key duties and Responsibilities
· Manage all aspects of Anova Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) and strategic information functions
· Define all relevant outputs, indicators and related requirements in accordance with donor and partner requirements
· Determine data requirements and oversee systems regarding relevant data collection, management and analysis
· Implement country-specific dashboards in order to monitor project progress
· Conduct routine data analyses
· Monitor and report on project progress of country-specific scope of work
· Represent Anova at relevant meetings with partners and donors
Qualifications and Experience
· Master of Public Health, Health Information Sciences or an equivalent degree.
- At least 5 years’ experience working in the field of M&E, data systems and data use
· Extensive knowledge of relevant tools for monitoring project implementation and progress, and data analysis.
- Forecasting skills.
