Mooikloof, Pretoria East: SENIOR CONVEYANCING SECRETARY / CONVEYANCER (TRANSFERS)
Minimum Requirements:
-Mature, professional Afrikaans speaking female
-Afrikaans and English first and second languages a must (Afr & Eng client base)
-Admitted Conveyancing Attorney OR Experienced Conveyancing Secretary (Transfers)
-Minimum 5 years recent work experience at a law firm a must, specifically attending to Transfers (full function)
-Fully independently functional in Transfers (from receipt of instruction to finalization)
-Computer literate in Ghost Convey
-Punctual, trustworthy and career orientated
-Stable employment record and contactable reference
-To start as soon as possible
Duties:
-Drafting and compiling of Transfers documents (Full function, from receipt of instruction to finalization)
-Related Conveyancing administration duties
-Liaison and correspondence with banks, clients, Deeds Office and other law firms
Salary: ± R 20 000.00 – R 25 000.00 gross (Depending on experience)
