These responsibilities include: Achieving financial, growth and service targets. Coaching and training of your team members. Ensuring your team behaves professionally, provides excellent service to our customers and makes our products to perfection. Marketing to our customers. Maintaining a safe, clean and operationally sound environment The ideal candidate will be able to delegate all routine job duties, leaving them free to focus time and attention on achieving our mutually agreed business goals and be attractively compensated for that. Job requirements: You need to have a least 5 years of restaurant management experience. You must reside in either one of our three locations, Paarl, Bellville or Stellenbosch.
