Multi-Unit Bar Manager-Johannesburg

Upmarket Restaurant Group is looking for a group Bar Manager. Candidates must have strong general bar management skills and must have the ability to work under pressure. Must have experience in barista training as well as have the ability to create cocktails and specialized coffees.. Main duties will include stock management and bar staff and barista training. Will be expected to implement new menus and maintain quality levels. Must be up to date with modern drink & coffee types and styles. Will form part of the head office F&B team.
