Experience: 3 – 6 Year in Graphic Design

Creative person that can brainstorm and conceptualise across web/digital platforms, web development and design and social media content creation and design. Passion for technology. Vibrant and Energetic.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

A strong communicator you should have the ability to articulate and support design decisions based on the brief and agreed strategy
Work closely with sales and developers to deliver and inspire
You should be able to juggle multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities and tight schedules.
You’ll need to have bags of initiative
Work closely with marketing director to develop marketing campaigns and strategies.
Maintain good look and feel though-out all branches
Plan and organise Company Events.
Develop creative ideas and concepts across a variety of mediums for internal and external communication.
Developing creative campaign elements based on a brief provided by various departments within the business.
Working in close collaboration with the Head, Communications Brand Managers and Creative Team to provide creative ideas and solutions and meet brand strategic requirements.
Maintaining Brand CI and DNA standards across all brands and media
Ability to work independently without direct supervision from concept to creation
Ability to work in partnership across all of our departments to produce the best response to creative briefs in the highest quality

Education and Experience

Sound knowledge of Joomla content management system and Open Cart.
Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator/Photoshop a must and with strong understanding of HTML and CSS.
Proficient with SQL database
To be proficient in Microsoft operating systems as well as Microsoft Office Suite
Experience Creating websites, mailers, newsletters, and various digital projects
Ability to write business articles
Keeping abreast of industry standards and developments in IT and design programmes such as ,Javascript and PHP (advantage)
Proactive approach to presenting and pitching new ideas.
