I am a full time working Mom, working long and daring hours. I need someone who I can relay on every single day, a HARDWORKER, doesn't need me to babysit them while they baby sit my child, is able to take initiative even when I am not there to get things done and done thoroughly! Be disciplined and punctual, as I seek good outcomes all the time.  I have a 1 year old sweet daughter who loves playing. Person must be fun
