Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a National Renal Business Development Manager located in Johannesburg. The National Renal Business Development Manager will drive growth and establish new business opportunities.
Qualifications
- A relevant B-degree in healthcare administration or business management or equivalent is essential.
- A medical degree or relevant clinical experience is advantageous
- A minimum of 5 years experience in a leadership role
- Hospital management experience is essential
- Prepare and present business development reports
- Utilize data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve business development efforts
- Ability to lead effectively
- Ability to work well in a team
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent organization skills with experience in fast turnaround times
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Must be able to travel
