We are looking for an exceptional Talent Acquisitions Specialist to support our internal recruitment needs across global markets. This role requires a unique blend of savvy in talent sourcing techniques and the ability to attract top-tier global talent. You will act as a brand ambassador, championing our company's values and vision to prospective candidates, while ensuring a smooth and engaging recruitment process.

Key responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet the company's needs globally.
  • Conduct full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating, offering, negotiating and ensuring a delightful candidate experience.
  • Utilize various channels to seek out new talents.
  • Foster strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their strategic staffing needs and the specific requirements of each role.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the international job markets and hiring practices, adapting strategies to ensure competitiveness and compliance with local regulations.
  • Employ innovative sourcing and employer branding strategies, including referral generation, online social networking to attract high-caliber candidates.
  • Lead employer branding initiatives that effectively convey our company's culture and values to the external market.
  • Cultivate a pipeline of high-potential talent for future staffing needs.
  • Implement and maintain recruitment metrics to track and report on recruitment activities, applicant flow, and talent acquisition effectiveness.
  • Stay current with industry trends, market intelligence, and competitive landscape to inform successful recruitment strategies.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion in the workplace and ensure recruiting strategies attract a diverse candidate pool.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven track record of successful talent acquisition across international markets.
  • Proven track record in recruiting various software development professionals.
  • Proficient in English language (writing, reading, speaking).
  • Awareness of labor law regulations in different countries, visa regulations, and hiring practices.
  • Strong understanding of global recruitment trends and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an innate ability to engage and persuade.
  • Tech-savvy with experience in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment software, and platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects in different time zones at the same time.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Goal oriented mindset, excellent time management skills.
  • Highly organized personality.
  • Can quickly adapt to a changing environment.
