Web Design Accounts Manager | Pretoria | SA | Remote

We are looking for a Web Account Manager that can execute intricate, thorough digital strategies with accuracy and promptness. Oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new opportunities. Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to business growth through creating and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Whats In It For You -

Up to R35000 per month depending on experience.40 days paid holiday annually - (28 days + bank holidays + extended festive period shutdown)Remote

Mandatory Skills / Requirements Min 3 Years Experience In

Proven work experience as a Web account manager or a similar role.Hands on experience with SEO/SEM and CRM softwareIn-depth understanding of online marketing tools and social media platformsStrong analytical skillsDemonstratable successful track record in selling and cross selling.Good time-management skills.Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications as well as CRM software.The ability to handle multiple client accounts.Exceptional customer service skills.Ability to thrive under pressure and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Additional / Optional Skills

Knowledge of online marketing tools and technologyKnowledge of social media platformsKnowledge of web design and development Duties include but are not limited to.

Meet monthly targets.Act as the point of contact for clients for digital management mattersBuild strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent contact.Set digital strategies for your assigned customers, considering their specific requirements.Suggest, design, and implement digital projects to increase customer ROI.Address client queries effectively and in a timely mannerOptimize web content to increase traffic and improve SEO.Analyse digital campaigns success.Stay up to date with digital technology trends.Set up a list of KPIs to track for each client.Cross-selling and upselling products and services to clientsCommunicating and collaborating with the advertising, design, marketing, sales, and logistics departments to ensure that key clients needs are met.Negotiating contracts with key clients and meeting established deadlines for the fulfilment of each client's long-term goals.Client site visits as and when required.
