My client provides Enterprise Content Management solutions across a diverse range of modules to digitise and automate business processes. Your core function will be to develop and expand their partner network and drive ECM solution sales, while overseeing a small but growing sales team.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

At least 5 years of proven success in sales or business development roles.

Exceptional networking and communication skills, with a proven ability to establish trust and build relationships.

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, capable of closing deals effectively.

Independent and team-oriented work style, with a proactive and results-driven approach.

Proficiency in the ICT sector, especially with the sale of complex solutions, is highly desirable.

Duties

Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing partners while strategically expanding our network.

Identify and seize new business opportunities, including clients and partners, to drive growth and revenue.

Analyze market trends to pinpoint expansion opportunities and understand industry dynamics.

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to devise and implement growth strategies, managing the sales team to optimize performance.

Craft and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that highlight the value of our solutions.

Skillfully negotiate contract terms and pricing agreements to close deals and achieve sales targets.

Utilize CRM software to monitor sales activities and outcomes, ensuring strategic alignment with business goals.

Stay abreast of industry developments and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
