The right candidate will be someone who has a good understanding and experience in the New Vehicle Sales environment of the retail motor industry. They will have the ability to attract and retain a strong base of highly satisfied customers by ensuring that a well-motivated and dedicated new vehicle sales team meets customer expectations, whilst fulfilling the financial objectives of the dealership and its principals.
Key focus areas will include managing human resources, improving customer service, establishing internal communication processes, managing financial performance, coordinating sales and marketing initiatives, managing assets, directing strategic focus.
REQUIREMENT
- CURRENT experience as a New Vehicle Sales Manager within the retail motor industry
