Minimum Requirements:
-Preference to males
-Fully bilingual in both Afrikaans & English a must
-Matric / Grade 12
-LLB Degree completed
-Valid driver’s license and own vehicle A MUST
-Good communication skills
-Well presented and professional
-To start as soon as possible
Duties:
-General candidate attorney duties (Civil & Criminal Law, Personal Injury Law, Professional Negligence Claims, Labour Law, Family Law, Debt Collection, Insolvency Law, Insurance, Contracts and Estates etc.)
-Filing of documents at Courts etc.
-Court appearances
-Bail applications
-Service of legal documents
-General administrative duties
Salary: R 5 500.00 – R 7 000.00 gross
