Nieuw Muckleneuk, Pretoria: SENIOR LITIGATION SECRETARY (THIRD PARTY CLAIMS)
Minimum Requirements:
-Professional and presentable female
-Afrikaans and English first and second languages a must
-Minimum 5 years recent experience in High Court- & Magistrate’s Court Litigation at a law firm a must, specifically in Third Party Claims (Independently functional)
-Very good and accurate typing skills required
-Stable employment record
-Contactable References
-To start as soon as possible
Duties:
-Drafting and typing of High Court Litigation documents, pleadings and notices
-Third Party Claims (RAF) on behalf of Plaintiff
-Preparation and lodgement of new RAF claims
-Dictaphone typing
-Drafting and typing of legal documents in Afrikaans and English
-Secretarial duties to Director
Salary: ± R 17 000.00 gross (Negotiable depending on experience)
