The team youll be part of

As Nokia's growth engine, we create value for communication service providers and enterprise customers by leading the transition to cloud-native software and as-a-service delivery models. Our inclusive team of dreamers, doers and disruptors push the limits from impossible to possible.

In this role, you will be accountable for breaking in new sales opportunities and to develop case specific win strategies. Ultimately, you play a crucial part in the ambition of the company to significantly grow the business.

You are the orchestrator of the multilevel selling process and ultimately you bring the deal home.

You build a strong bid team around you consisting of Solution Experts, Principal Consultants, Bid Managers, Contract managers and Sales support staff. This multidisciplinary team will report to you in a matrix setup as you will not have to look after the line managers activities for these roles. You will lead the customer negotiations, lead offer creation and makes sure to create a competitive proposal to our prospect customers.

Responsibilities

What you will learn and contribute to

As part of our team you will:
  • Lead customer engagement, negotiations, and all other customer interactions
  • Lead offer creation and optimization to ensure the most competitive proposal.
  • Build, lead and inspire the Bid Team
  • Capitalize on tactical opportunities like the geopolitical situation
  • Develop business beyond existing portfolio to create sustainable competitive advantage
  • Influence global sales strategies and service portfolio
Qualitative deliverables / KPIs:
  • Account Planning
  • Creating a customer Win Plan
  • Develop case specific win strategies
Quantitative deliverables / KPIs:
  • Prime KPI will be Business growth measured through Order intake number
Required Skills

Your skills and experience

You have:
  • Proven leadership in sales, sales strategy, and customer engagement within the region and within relevant industries
  • Proven C-level presentation and interaction skills
  • Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and well organized
  • Flexible and able to work under pressure
  • Competitive and results-driven
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills
  • Foster trustful and open collaboration
