Language School ESL Job Description:
- Location: Beijing, China.
- Contract Term: one academic year, starts as soon as possible. 2019.
- Job Position: English Teacher.
- Students Age: 3-12 years old.
- Class size: 10-12 students per group class.
- Courses: English reading, writing, listening and speaking.
- Work Days: 2 days off per week.
- Work Hours: Wednesday – Friday 2pm-9pm, Saturday, Sunday 8:30am – 18:30pm
Remuneration and Benefits:
- Salary: RMB14,000-17,000 after tax inclusive of housing allowance.
- Vacation: Fully paid 11 days Chinese public holiday.
- Bonus: RMB5000 bonus per year at the end of contract.
- Pay raise based on performance evaluations every three months.
- Promotion opportunities available after three months.
- Insurance: accident insurance/ social insurance.

Requirement
- Be a native English speaker or non-native with an excellent command of English, 24 years old or above.
- Bachelor degree or above.
- At least 2 years teaching experiences.
- TEFL certificate.
