Night Nurse Scheduler

As a Nurse scheduler, your primary responsibility is to efficiently manage scheduling changes for nurses who are unable to fulfill their patient assignments. In the initial stages, you'll focus on handling cancellations and ensuring smooth transitions for affected shifts. As the role progresses, you will be tasked with proactively filling vacant shifts, demonstrating adaptability and quick decision-making skills. Your pivotal role in coordinating and optimizing nurse schedules ensures that patient care remains uninterrupted, making you an essential part of our healthcare team.
