Job Description
To provide nursing and primary health care intervention and Community Outreach services for the elderly and other care partners.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Nursing, primary health care intervention and outreach services to the care partners in the buildings and in the community.
- An effective team member working together to achieve the aims and goals of the Area plans
- An effective and efficient Financial System
- A well-managed administration system
- A tertiary qualification in Nursing with an active Nursing Council Registration (SANC)
- 3 years management/supervisory experience
- Basic pharmacological, financial and business knowledge
- Competence in MS Office
- Code 08/10 EB Drivers License
- Experiential learning & knowledge of Geriatrics & Gerontology would be an advantage
- Experience in Psychiatric Nursing will be advantageous
- Proven track record; be service and people oriented with good time management skills; critical thinker and demonstrates attention to detail
