Nursing Services Manager-Life Path Health

Manage and mentor nursing team and health care service staff working at the hospital
Set andcontrol the standards of nursing practice in the unit to the highest possible level
Supervise and control managers of contracted services as well as in-house services e.g. catering, security, housekeeping etc.
Liaise with doctors, patients, visitors and team members
Self starter and guide nurses in the assessment of care needs, the implementation and evaluation of intervention strategies for different categories of patients.
Nursing Diploma compulsory
Registration with SANC as a nurse (proof of registration to be attached)
Reports to the Group Nursing Coordinator and the CEO.
