- To evaluate the chemical and nutritional value of raw materials to provide technical advice to clients, the sales team, factory and procurement;
- To load and review specifications of clients on portal and approve
- To maintain quality and food safety management systems
Required outputs: Functional
- Responsible for providing technical support and responses to Account Managers and clients where required.
- Create and load premixes onto AECI Animal health admin portal
- Final approvals of premixes.
- To assist customers and Account Managers with technical queries and passwords on the Admin portal.
- To assist with the maintenance and updating of the Admin portal.
- Assist with quality of manufacturing, recalls as well as expired / short dated stock management as required.
- Approval for replacements for factory.
- Communicate with Quality Control regarding approvals of raw materials and finished products and quality thereof for use in the factory subsequent to procurement.
- Monitor activities under the incumbents control with the aim of improving overall productivity.
- To possess the ability to solve problems systematically.
