Working in a team environment, the Cluster Services Offer Marketing Manager is responsible for building -or adapting- and deploying services offer marketing strategy agreed between the Services VP and Services Marketing Leader. The Offer Manager works in close collaboration with the Marketing Leader, Services Sales team, product BUs, and is supported by Global Services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and drive Secure Power (UPS/cooling systems) offer deployment for End Users and Channels
  • Localize services offers with all mix related to partners: offer value proposal, price, process, people/skills, tools.
  • To adapt the future Services digital offer to the focus services segments: O&G, MMM, WWW, CPG
  • Implement and drive campaigns to achieve relevant sales targets
  • Define sales forecasts and business plans for growth.
  • Actively drive annual marketing and sales plan (AMSP) with sales team.
  • Offer management focus: Relevant aspects are value proposition, digital service features, pricing, go to markets, processes, forecasting, metrics.
  • Offer deployment focus: collaborate and support the Secure Power commercial team, to develop effective growth campaign across all regions
  • Strategic focus: Identify type of digital and offer services / focus areas / preferred targets for growth. The relevant factors are geographic, application, segment, customer type and competitor information.
  • Assist in negotiating and closing business dealings
  • Build the commercial policy and pricing consistency (discount waterfall) with internal practices for end-users, others BU and secure the end-to-end application
  • Act as internal Single Point of Contact for Services for offer/tools/process support.
  • Manage external communication with Marcoms: social media, events and provide all tools & budget to the services sales to ensure success of events
  • Localize and adapt training content provided by Global Services Academy and secure deployment with services sales
  • Identify new potential offers and steer actions locally or with Services BU to bring innovation to partners, end users
  • Control the IB tracking progress through partners in terms of quality, quantity, tools enablers and process
  • Control offer mix through Certified partners and propose actions to Sales Channel Leader
  • Deploy transactional catalogue & offers to digitize partners journey
  • Single point of contact (SPOC) of seamless deployment for Services partners
  • Achieve services growth targets for indirect approach through certified partners, while contributing to global development objectives and profitability
  • Build the platforming & coverage for end users; optimize the overall coverage considering asset coverage and potential share this platforming & coverage with BU.
Qualifications
  • BSc/BTech Electrical Engineering + Commercial qualification (Marketing Management etc.)
  • Strong experience in Marketing and business development/sales support skills are essential
  • Minimum 5-8 years work experience in Services sales or marketing
  • Strong technical aptitude in Secure Power (UPS/Cooling Systems) is essential
  • Good knowledge of Schneider Electric product/services portfolio preferred or Secure Power related experience
  • Fluent English
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
