Complaint Intake & Assessment: Collaborating with our team to review and understand cyber complaints.
Guidance & Support: Providing empathetic and clear guidance to individuals experiencing cyber incidents.
Information Gathering: Assisting in the collection of relevant information while upholding strict confidentiality.
Mediation & Facilitation: Where appropriate, helping to facilitate constructive communication between parties.
Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of interactions and resolutions.
Resource Referral: Directing individuals to specialized resources or agencies when necessary.
Adherence to Guidelines: Upholding the highest standards of ethics, confidentiality, and our established procedures.
Continuous Learning: Engaging in ongoing training and staying informed about the evolving cyber landscape.
Our Expectations for Your Commitment
To ensure the effectiveness of our operations and your successful integration into the team, we kindly request the following commitment:
Time Commitment: A minimum of [4-6 hours] We are flexible and will work with you to establish a schedule that fits your availability.
Term of Engagement: We hope for a commitment of at least [6months] to allow for comprehensive training and meaningful contribution.
Training: Participation in our mandatory initial orientation and training sessions, as well as ongoing development workshops to keep your skills sharp and knowledge current.
Compensation and Additional Benefits
In recognition of your valuable contributions, this role includes compensation and additional benefits:
Monthly Remuneration: R 15,500 to R 28000 per month.
