Engitek (Pty) Ltd is an automation and product development company providing innovative solutions to warehouses and the agricultural sector. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Admin / Stock Controller who is eager to grow with the company.
Successful applicant must be available immediately and have a vehicle.
Responsibilities
- General administrative duties
- Order placements with suppliers
- Order collections and coordination
- Invoicing and basic financial administration
- Stock control and stock level monitoring
- Updating records and maintaining accurate documentation
- Assisting with internal operational support when required
- Matric certificate or higher qualification
- Proven administration experience
- Fully computer literate
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Valid drivers license with own vehicle
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
