In this role, you'll be the backbone of our office, handling a variety of tasks to ensure smooth operations. You'll manage calendars, greet visitors with a smile, and tackle administrative projects with efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a Office Administrator or Office supervisory role.
  • University qualification in a related field is preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with acute attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff at all levels.
  • Proficient computer skills and experience with Office and warehouse management systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Age requirement: between 25 and 40 years.
