Office administrator needed

PlatiStone Holdings, Randburg requires an office administrator as soon as possible.

Job responsibilities:

  • Assistant to the Head of Operations.
  • Support function, travel to our various operations.
  • Developing and implementing systems.
  • Project monitoring and reporting.
  • Problem solving and must be able to work independent.
  • Reporting on production. Compiling reports and presentations.
  • Monitoring, managing projects, costing, quotes and progress.
  • Performance monitoring, ensuring performance targets are met.
  • Negotiating with clients and suppliers.

Job requirements:

  • Grade 12/Matric
  • Relevant Degree or Diploma in Office Administration.
  • 2-3 years relevant experience.
  • Microsoft Office proficient and email.
  • Valid driver’s licence.
  • Good communication skills
  • Willingness to work long hours when required and travel.
  • Ability to work under strict pressure
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Integrity
  • Professional, reliable and responsible
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong personality
